IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SELLERS
*****WARNING*****
BE AWARE THAT THE MARKET MAINTAINS AND ENFORCES A NO COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS POLICY AT THIS MARKET.
THE MARKET AND BRAND OWNERS
INVESTIGATE ANY SALE OR PURCHASE OF COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE AT THIS LOCATION.
OFFENDING VENDORS WILL BE EVICTED.
COUNTERFEITING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE AND
PUNISHABLE UNDER COMMONWEALTH LAW.
Anti-counterfeiting policy for Market Terms & Conditions and Website publication
1. The keeping for sale, offering for sale or selling of counterfeit products is prohibited at the Weekend Market.
2. Market Management has the right to immediately expel from the market any stall-holder (meaning in the case of a natural person, that person and in the case of a company, the company and the person or persons conducting the business of that company at the Weekend Market) which Market Management has a reasonable basis to believe is trading in counterfeit products.
3. Any stall-holder expelled for dealing in counterfeit products will not be permitted to operate a stall at the Weekend Market (meaning rent, lease, take a licence to or acquire the right to occupy or use a stall at the Weekend Market from the Market) until they have satisfied market management that they immediately cease to sell offending product. Repeat offenders shall be banned.
Booked Stalls
Booked stalls are given special considerations. Those stalls that book on a monthly basis are given a fixed location of choice (to the best of the Weekend Market management's ability) each month.
Those stalls that book on a weekly basis are guaranteed an undercover position on the booked Sunday, although preference will be given to stalls that book on a monthly basis. The cost of booked market stalls is $26 per week or $104 per 4 week calender month. Powerd sites are available on request.
To make a booking call Peter Cooper on 9456 9237 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, or email weekend@perthmarket.com.au. Casual stall requests will be handled on Thursdays only. Please leave a message on 9456 9237 with your stall request or e-mail weekend@perthmarket.com.au.
Non Booked Stalls
Stallholders are permitted to attend the Weekend Market on a casual basis, that is, stallholders can arrive on the morning of market day and queue in their vehicles at the Baile Rd entry. We recommend you be there at 6:00am - 6:15am. Our friendly staff will be around to "ticket" you at 6:45am and you will be admitted by our traffic wardens at 7:00am sharp, and then allocated a position. The cost of a casual stall is $14 for new goods and $8 for second hand goods. However, due to the busy nature of these popular markets, non booked stallholders are NOT guaranteed an undercover position. Booked stallholders may enter as early as 4:00am, but must be in no later than 6:45am. It is strongly recommended that stallholders book in advance of attending the Weekend Markets to avoid disappointment.
Payment
Booked (monthly): Stall fees are payable monthly in advance. The office is open every Sunday for bookings but monthly bays must be purchased on the last week of each month.
