Markets Conditions of Entry

The Weekend Markets, its servants and/or management shall not be liable for the loss or damage to any vehicle or anything therein or thereon or to any person from whatever cause arising and whether due to the negligance of the Weekend Markets, its servants or agents or otherwise.

All sellers must vacate the markets by 3:30pm (NO EXCEPTIONS).

No food or drinks may be sold in the markets unless prior permission is given by management.

PROHIBITED GOODS - Firearms, liqour, tobacco, pirate tapes/cd`s/dvd`s, livestock (cats or dogs), flammable goods, drugs/drug messages, pornographic publications, racist material, pepper sprays or any other goods which may offend or cause annoyance to other persons.

WARNING

BE AWARE THAT THE MARKET MAINTAINS AND ENFORCES A NO COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS POLICY AT THIS MARKET

THE MARKET AND BRAND OWNERS INVESTIGATE ANY SALE OR PURCHASE OF COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE AT THIS LOCATION. OFFENDING VENDORS WILL BE EVICTED. COUNTERFEITING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE AND PUNISHABLE UNDER COMMONWEALTH LAW.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE ENTRY OF ANY PERSON INCLUDING THE SALE OF ANY ITEM.

Additionally, the Perth Market Authority inspectors or its servants, reserves the right to expel anyone who, in the judgment of the PMA inspectors, fails to co-operate during the day of the Flea Market.

Pet fish, caged birds and animal accessories are permitted to be sold.

Leaflets of any nature may not be distributed in the markets without prior consent from management.

All sellers must take ALL of their rubbish and unwanted/unsold goods with them. Do not leave anything behind as a dumping fee will be applied.

All bayholders are responsable for ensuring that they take out appropriate insurance to cover themselves for loss of property or injury caused to others through their negligance.
